Lornell Company was founded by Todd Lornell in 2003 as a Commercial Real Estate Company specializing in acquisitions, development, value added properties and representing numerous national retailers with a strategic roll out and expansion throughout New England.
In 2009 the commercial cleaning and restoration services division was added. Servicing financial institutions, medical and office buildings, federal and municipal buildings, and warehouses.
