ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Lornell Company was founded by Todd Lornell in 2003 as a Commercial Real Estate Company specializing in acquisitions, development, value added properties and representing numerous national retailers with a strategic roll out and expansion throughout New England.
In 2009 the commercial cleaning and restoration services division was added. Servicing financial institutions, medical and office buildings, federal and municipal building, and warehouses.

TODD LORNELL
Founder and CEO
Todd’s dynamic career spans commercial real estate, development, property management, international recycling export, and commercial cleaning and restoration services. Todd is a principal of Lornell Company, a multi-service real estate firm based in Central Massachusetts. His extensive retail tenant rep experience includes Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Pier 1 Imports, Michaels Stores, and more. He is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Todd graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. Involved in the operations of a lodging and sport fishing company residing in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica on the gulf of Dulce. One of most prominent Bill fishing areas of the world. Todd also participates in hunting camps located in the down east region of Maine.
